The program accepts proposals that fall within the following lines of action: Improvement of individual or collective security measures; Emergency withdrawal of defenders (individuals) from their place of work; Support and strengthening of solidarity networks." Furthermore, the initiative seeks to strengthen resistance and safeguarding actions, as well as promote measures to mitigate the impacts of extreme weather events, which have deepened territorial and social vulnerabilities, reproducing inequalities. In this sense, the financial support aims to enhance the response capacity of communities, strengthening their resilience and leadership in defending their rights and their territories.
