It is a non-profit civil society organization. Since 1990, it has worked for development with social equity and environmental balance, through the strengthening of sustainable livelihoods and strategies for adaptation and mitigation of climate change. ISPN believes that one of the ways to promote nature conservation and address social inequalities is to support traditional peoples and communities and family farmers in developing sustainable activities in productive landscapes.
